Who are we?

SaS Consultancy Group is a specialist partnership with extensive experience in safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and psychological consultancy. We work across a range of sectors, including public inquiries, local authorities, government departments, and third-sector organisations, offering expert guidance and support in environments where psychological safety, emotional wellbeing, and effective safeguarding are critical.

Hands on top of each other

At the heart of our work is a commitment to relational and trauma-informed practice. Our team of senior consultants brings decades of frontline experience in psychology, safeguarding, and inquiry work. This depth of expertise enables us to understand the complex needs of organisations and individuals operating under public scrutiny, high emotional demand, or systemic risk.

SaS Consultancy Group is also a trusted provider of emotional support services to public inquiries and other organisations managing sensitive or distressing work. Drawing upon this experience, we can co-design and deliver a bespoke emotional support model tailored to the needs of any organisation.

Our services begin with an initial consultation meeting to explore your organisation's unique requirements. Following this, we provide a proposal and quotation aligned to your objectives and operational realities.
